Estimates
We have two options for our clients to obtain a price for their project. Both begin with the initial project questionnaire that you will find on the contact page of our website. Please begin the process by completing the questionnaire, and uploading a photo of the space you wish to have remodeled.
Once you have completed the questionnaire, you may either get a free estimate or a formal proposal for your project:
Free Estimates
We offer free estimates completely online, via the information you provide us when you fill out the questionnaire on the contact page. We will review your project details and email you back with a price range that you can expect for your job. This range is a great first step to determine whether you’d like to proceed with a proposal.
Proposals
The other option is to have us provide you with a proposal. This proposal includes an on site visit, design consultation, design concept, scope of work, a materials list, and exact price for your specific project. We will work alongside you to help you choose: paint colors, flooring, lighting, finishes, layouts, etc. This option is more in depth, and is offered for $125. If you choose to have us complete this project for you, this $125 proposal fee is deducted from your total job cost.
